The Founder of Spatial Labs – an innovative software infrastructure company based in Los Angeles, California – Sandu is creating the foundation for the next iteration of the Metaverse with a focus on real world utility and physical products.
Committed to accessibility-centric design and a life-long mission to bridge the gap between technology and purpose-driven impact, Sandu’s boundless body of work is a reflection of his vision for the future of global and community-driven hardware and software.

Sandu has also channeled a vision for the metaverse by bringing to life Augmented Reality partnerships alongside today’s most impactful brands like Beyoncé’s Ivy Park, Nipsey Hussle’s The Marathon Clothing, Travis Scott’s Cactus, Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty, and Kanye West’s Yeezy -- all before the age of 21.
In 2018 Sandu founded Spatial Labs and, in 2020, announced its partnership with Business Mogul, JAY-Z’s Marcy Venture Partners with an emphasis on shaping the metaverse and developing cross-chain hardware solutions.
The company’s inaugural product is LNQ, a new Blockchain Chip technology that allows consumers to verify the authenticity of any physical products and even allows them to port them over into the various Metaverse Experiences and worlds.
Prism Collective is a movement to create more access and opportunity in web3 for QTBIPOC creatives. With a mission to create opportunities and Web3 onboarding and education for BIPOC queer and trans artists and musicians. Prism was built by two black, non-binary creators who are passionate about Web3. When entering the Web3 space, we noticed that there weren’t any communities for us to thrive and exist as artists. Thus, Prism Collective was born. As a community centered group, even the name chosen by the community by vote to represent the collective as a diverse spectrum of light spreading light inward & outward. Through community events, partnerships, and curated art-tech experiences Prism is empowering marginalized creators for generations to come as it is critical to shed light on the under-recognized contributions of BIPOC queer and trans artists in art, tech, and finance. This not only highlights the lack of representation of BIPOC LGBTQ artists in the Web3 space, but also seeks to confront the systemic barriers that deny them opportunities. Prism will have an important impact on the artists themselves and push the limits on what is possible with Web3.
